Northpoint has recently made a significant investment in automation machinery for our sheet metal coating line.
Our newly installed powder coating plant by Gema provides a number of benefits to our existing coating line, including:
- Improved coating efficiency (less waste)
- Better coating capacity – with 3 guns either side spraying a m2 per minute (the booth can spray at a faster line rate, although this will be dictated by the wash capacity and oven cure time)
- Simplified process – the digital touchscreen interface is user friendly
- Cleaner work environment – powder coating is contained in a sealed hopper on the OptiCentre
- Improved equipment reliability
