Acegate precision sheet metal manufacturer located in Rochdale. They specialised in the retail sector for various materials including: mild steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel or aluminium. Acegate and Northpoint are currently working on an ongoing project for the store equipment. All the units were coated on our metal sheet line in polyester powder Ral 9016 gloss. High towers are used in the store for hanging the clothes. The low towers are used in the store for various items such as shoes and homeware. The packing is one of the key elements of this project. Retail sector requires high finished products without any defects. We put a lot of time and effort to make sure our packing is effective. To avoid damages during the transit we are using corner protectors and self-adhesive pads. Every part individually labelled for the easy item recognition.
